In the spring of 2016, Ämpanadas took over a traditional bakery in Vällingby in Stockholm. The news spread fast about Ämpanadas ™ strong manufacturing capacity of artisanal empanadas, all with fresh ingredients and exemplary sustainability. Matlust EU-program selected Ämpanadas into the program 2017, sponsored by KTH, Södertälje municipality. It gave us the great opportunity to start with amazing advice and support.
